Francis "Fran" Smithwick

Francis “Fran” Smithwick, 83, of Cleveland, TN passed away on January 21, 2018. He was a resident of Bradley Healthcare and Rehab Center and family to all who knew him. Fran leaves behind his wife Elaine Smithwick, daughter Cheryl Wright, son-in-law Jonathon Wright, and grandsons Joshua and Matthew Wright. The family would like to extend their appreciation to Bradley Healthcare for the extraordinary care given to Fran in his final days.
