Frances Harris

Frances Harris, 75, a resident of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday June 11, 2017. She was a member of Candies Creek Baptist Church. Frances was a well-known hairdresser for over 50 years. Many knew that she enjoyed traveling and listening to the Gaithers. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She will be dearly missed by all that knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mose and Dora Harmon, and her brother, Doyle Harmon Sr.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her loving husband of 56 years, Don; children, Donna Scott (David) and Dee Harris (Daphney); grandchildren, Craig Harris (Becka), Hooper Harris, and Neyland Harris; great-grandchild, Aubrey Harris; brother, Clyde Harmon (Linda); sister in law Charlotte Harmon; nephews and nieces, Rusty Harmon, Doyle Harmon Jr. (Marilyn), Brenda Harmon.
A graveside service will take place on Thursday afternoon, June 15, 2017 at 2:00pm in the Sunset Memorial Gardens.
A celebration of life service is planned for 7:00pm on Thursday June 15, 2017 at Companion Funeral Home, located at 2419 Georgetown Road NW, with Evangelist Bobby G. Scott Sr. officiating the service.
The family will receive friends one hour prior, from 6:00pm until the 7:00pm service time at the funeral home.
