Frances Faye Trotter

Frances Trotter, 78, a resident of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away on Wednesday morning, April 12, 2017 at her home. Frances had a great affinity for her flower garden and won the “Yard of The Month” multiple times because of her beautiful flowers. All that knew Frances could describe her in six words, “She was one of a kind.” She was of the Baptist faith.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Trotter; parents, Clara and John M. Hall; sons, Perry Atnip and Michael Atnip; brothers, Ralph Hall, Paul Hall, and Johnny Hall.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her son, Dale Atnip (Kathey); granddaughter, Brittany Pratt (Nathan); great-grandchildren, Avery and Braelyn Pratt; sister, Karen Pirkle (Tommy); brother, Nick Hall; sisters-in-law, Johnnie Kate Hall and Charlotte Hall; several nieces, nephews, friends, and a special friend that helped out, Sandra Rogers.
Per Frances’ request, there will be no service held.
