She was truly an amazing woman with such an incredibly full life. She is loved by so many. She was always kind and generous with everyone. And she was one tough lady. She fiercely loved her children. She never complained about herself or her pain, though she had much. She is now with Jesus, and we can rejoice in knowing that she's with Him and at peace.

She first came to Chattanooga, TN in 1969. She was always an innovator and a highly energetic woman. She had a number of enterprises in the many years she had lived in Chattanooga, starting with an antique shop and French bakery on Signal Mountain. She continued with several more restaurants throughout her life with her last being a small restaurant in East Brainard which she managed herself until she was 80 years old. Hobbies were traveling, painting, knitting and tending her flowers.

She will be laid to rest in her family’s tomb in La Rochelle, France.
