Elsie Linda Hoffman

Elsie Linda Hoffman, 71, of Cleveland, TN passed away on August 24, 2017. She was born on January 31, 1946 to the late Floyd and Reva Curtiss. Linda has lived in the Cleveland area for the past 30+ years. She was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church. She loved reading and spending time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren.
In addition to her mother and father, she is preceded in death by her husband, Ned Hoffman; son Marty Hoffman; and brother Charles Curtiss.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her children: Stephanie Galloway, Anthony Hoffman, Matt Hoffman (Jenny), and Meaghan Marr (Chris); brothers: Jimmy Curtiss and Robert Curtiss; sisters Louise Smith (David) and Lois Manley (Stu); grandchildren: Artie Hoffman, Cori Kaszubski, Mitchell Baker, Zach Hoffman, Kylee Hoffman, Taylor Hoffman, Logan Marr, and Claire Marr; great granddaughter Cadence Hoffman. In addition to these, she leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends.
The family will receive friends from Saturday August 26, 2017 at 2:00pm until 4:00pm at Macedonia Baptist Church located at 3119 Spring Place Rd SE; Cleveland, Tennessee 37323. A celebration of life service will be held at 4:00pm with Rev. Michael Cawood officiating. Interment will follow the service at Tasso United Methodist Cemetery.
