Easter Gail Mincey, 60a resident of Madisonville, TN passed away on Saturday, April 15, 2023, in a Lenior City hospital. She is survived by 2 sisters Margie Mincey &Debbie McCormick, she has 2 Children Melissa Morgan &Randall Mincey, she has 4 grandchildren Mary Mincey, Olivia Mincey & Kailey Mincey & Ardeana Morgan & A great Grandchild CJ Benge, Daughter in law Dorthea Mincey Son in law Darrin Morgan and Ex husband Roy Jeffery Bivens.

Gail’s Mother Birdie Lankford and Her Father L.E. Lankford mother and father are passed away along with one brother David Lankford.

Gail was best known for her kindness and Generosity and her love for animals and her family. Even through her own health difficulties she always had a kind word and a smile to offer. She was truly the shining example of love Each other. She leaves behind her beloved chihuahua Gizzy. And there are truly no words to capture how much she loved and was and still is loved. Gail was the Anchor that kept us from drifting into stormy seas. She will be missed.
