Dorothy Ruth Hyatt

Dorothy “Dottie” Ruth Hyatt, 90, of Cleveland, TN passed away on October 4, 2021. She was born on April 7, 1931 to the late Eugene and Ruth Hudson. Dottie loved to cook and spend time with her family-especially at Edisto Beach, SC. She also loved her furry family members, Sammy, Tori, and Kati. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her mother and father, she is preceded in death by her husband William Hyatt Jr.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her children: Connie Wilson (Joe) of Cleveland, TN, Suzanne Headrick of Cleveland, TN, Judy Norton of Lawrenceville, GA, Billy Hyatt (Marti) of Phoenix, AZ, and Andy Hyatt (Susan) of Ponte Vedra Beach, FL; grandchildren: Jay Wilson, Stephen Wilson, Misty Clackum, Julie Burrell, Jessica Jackson, Sarah Blakeney, Emily Roberts, Tiffany Noble, William Hyatt, Tanner Hyatt, and Jordan Hyatt. She also leaves behind twenty great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

A graveside service will be held at 10:30am on Thursday October 7, 2021 at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
