Donnie Craig

Donnie Vie Craig, 82, of Athens, TN, passed away May 18, 2023, at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born December 4, 1940, to the late James Horace Riden & Emma Mae Knox Riden, in Etowah, TN.

Donnie loved raising puppies & birds, spending time with her family, traveling, and working in her flower garden.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings, James Riden, Nancy Morrison, Margie Bryant, Nora Rodgers, infant daughter, Donna Denise Craig.

Survived by her loving husband Larry Craig; children, James Zindell (Jean) McNelley, Jeffrey Lee (Terri) McNelley, Tammy Renay (Ronnie) Nichols, and Crystal Ann (Emmitt) Estep; sister, Alice Burns; grandchildren, Emma McNelley, Hope McNelley, Jake McNelley, Jed McNelley, Jessie McNelley, Courtney Powers, Julia Nichols, Cody Estep, Logan Estep; a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
