Donna Trunah Giles Watson

July 6, 1955 — January 3, 2019

Donna Trunah Giles Watson 63, beloved and treasured wife, passed away January 3, 2019 due to complications of a stroke. She was a resident of Cleveland, TN. A beautiful light has been taken from our lives.
She is survived by her husband and soulmate of 31 years; Brian Keith Watson who has lost his soulmate on Earth but will be reunited in Heaven, also many cousins including Peggy, Richard, Joan, Sherry, Sandy, Cindy, and Jean.
She is preceded in death by her parents; William C. “Dub” Giles and Dorothy “Dot” Giles, Cousins who were like her brothers; Ralph “Kayo” Snyder, Harry Ledford, and many other family over the years.
She is a former special education teacher who loved working with children. She was an amazing poet who had her own book published as a young adult titled “Poems of My heart”. Throughout her life she wrote many wonderful poems. One of her best and a favorite of her husband and others is “From the Manger to the Cross”.
She also shared a love of animals with her husband, especially for Chihuahuas; Timmy, Jo joe, T2, and Buster being some of her most recent special little dog babies.
She will forever be Brian’s little “Punkin” and he is forever her “Booty”. Soulmates for eternity. She is dearly missed and loved by him.
A small family service will be held at a later date at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery on Old Chattanooga Pike. Service date and time to be announced.
