Obituary

Donald Bernard Tipple, Sr. went to be with God on January 28th, 2015. During his life, Donald was in the Army and served his country during the Korean War. He spent most of his life raising his family. Donald was also deeply involved with the church. During his career, he was an exceptional salesman working all over the United States for various companies.
Donald is preceded in death by his father, Paul Tipple, his mother, Alice Elk Nair, his sister, Joyce Tipple Queen and his daughter, Lois Tipple Wilcox.
He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Phillips Tipple of Cleveland Tennessee, his sons Donald B. Tipple, Jr. and Dennis L. Tipple (Nadine) of Rio Linda, California, his daughters Lou Anne Tipple Glontz (William) and Lynn Tipple Davis of Columbus, Pennsylvania, Christina Tipple Reagan (Joshua) of Brandon, Mississippi, his son Mark Tipple (Angie), his daughters Lori Ann Tipple (Billy) and Jennifer Tipple Handziak (Scott) of Cleveland, Tennessee, three nieces, Arlene Queen McKinnon of McDonough, Georgia, Cleo Queen Walters of Carthage, North Carolina and Cathy Queen of Death Valley, California. Donald is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Family and friends are invited to join in a Celebration of Life service at the Tasso Baptist Church on Old Charleston Road in Cleveland, Tennessee on Sunday, February 1st, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. Donald will be laid to rest at Emmanuel Episcopal Church in Corry, Pennsylvania on February 7th, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.
