Delilah Kay Meadows, 67, of Athens, Tennessee passed away peacefully at home on Monday, November 14, 2022. Delilah was born on February 18, 1955, in Athens, Tennessee to the late Franklin Miller and Kathline Dockery. She served her community as an LPN for almost 30 years in a variety of sectors. Delilah enjoyed arts and crafts, spending time with her dog Maggie, and spending time with her family and friends.


Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her stepmother, Pee-Wee Miller.


She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her first Kenneth Meadows; her life companion, Junior Peters; siblings, Faye Price, and Rick Miller; her two sons, Wesley (Amber) Meadows, and Fabrizzo Beltran; daughter, Wendy (Juan) Ponce; her grandchildren, Hannah Johnson, Sierra Missinne, Emily Von-Prisk, Liberty Meadows, Rylie Ponce, Hiliana Ponce, Joana Ponce; three great grandchildren, Octovia Missinne, Nolan Missinne, Maverick Missinne; and one special friend of many years, Kathy Wilson.


A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday November 18, 2022 at 6:00 pm at Companion Funeral Home of Athens with Reverend Michael Jackson Officiating. The family will be receiving friends from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm prior to the service.
