Delbert Luther Clotfelter Jr.

Delbert Luther Clotfelter Jr., 49, of Jacksboro, TN departed this life on October 22, 2021. He was born in Baltimore, Maryland on August 26, 1972 to Delbert Luther Clotfelter Jr. and the late Beverly Williams. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Along with his mother, Delbert was preceded in death by his brother, John Herget.

Those left to cherish his memory are his father, Delbert Luther Clotfelter Jr.; his stepmother, Celeste Clotfelter; his wife, Amy Clotfelter; his children, Cynthia Mitchell, Faith Clotfelter, Gabe Clotfelter; his brother, Mason Clotfelter; his sister-in-law, Sarah Clotfelter; and his ex-wife Carrie Shalnaker.
