Debra Kay Vaughn

Kay Epperson Vaughn, 60, passed away on September 7, 2021. She was preceded in death by her father Julian Epperson and daughter Kristy Vaughn both of Cleveland and Terry Vaughn “Lil T” of Etowah, TN.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband of 44 years, Ronnie Vaughn; daughter Amanda Vaughn and son in laws Dennis Arp and Chad Lewis; four grandchildren: Alexis Brown, Dakota Lewis, Brayden Vaughn, and Bryson Vaughn. She also leaves behind her moether Wilma Epperson and sister and brother in law Pam and Norman Hoskins of Cleveland; sister and brother in law Kathy Vaughn and Terry Jean Vaughn of Etowah; also two very special uncles Bennie and Mary Turner and Charles and Dannie Turner. Also many nieces, nephews, and extended family survive.

A celebration of Kay’s life will be held at 4pm on Thursday September 16, 2021 at the Cleveland Chapel of Companion Funeral Home. Her family will receive friends from 1pm until the 4pm service time. She will be laid to rest following her service at Fort Hill Cemetery.
