Deborah Lois Posey

Deborah Lois Posey, 70, of Decatur, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, February 1, 2023, in the comfort of her home. Debbie was born on July 26, 1952, in Chattanooga, Tennessee to the late Tom and Louise Parrot. She was a fulltime wife, mother, and grandmother as well as a member of The Lakeway Baptist Church in Hamilton County.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her siblings, William Parrott, Charles Parrott, Ann Carper, and Kathy Morrow.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her husband of 38 years, Larry Posey; her son, Travis Posey; daughter, Melanie (Henry) Torrence; her granddaughter, Chloe Posey; siblings, Wanda Coram, and Tommy Parrott; along with a host of extended family and friends.

A Celebration of Life gathering will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2023, from 11:00 am – 4:00 pm at Lakeway Baptist Church.
