Deborah Ann Raines

Deborah Ann Raines, 65, of Hixson, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 18, 2020. A daughter of the late Robert Marlin and Alma Lucille Hughes Nunnelley, she was born and raised in Alabama, but she spent the majority of her life in the Chattanooga area. She was a faithful and devoted member of Delashmitt Road Baptist Church for over 40 years. She loved to shop and craft, but most of all, she loved her family especially her grandkids.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Edward Thomas Raines, Sr.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her children, Edward Thomas (Kim) Raines, Jr., Valerie Renee (Geno) Raines and Charity Danielle (Brent) Goulart; sisters, Denise (Robert) Bellew and Darlene (Clyde) Mosier; grandchildren, Avery Millsaps, Thomas Raines, Josh Huffman, Anna Raines, Scout Goulart and Josie Goulart; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members.

The family will receive friends from 2:00PM until 3:00PM on Sunday, March 1st, 2020, at Delashmitt Road Baptist Church in Red Bank. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will follow at 3:00 with Brother Ronnie Smith officiating.
