Debora Webb

November 20, 1949 — December 5, 2021

Debora Webb, 72 from Jasper, Tennessee gained her angel wings on December 5th, 2021.
Debby was born on November 20th , 1949 in Lansing, Michigan. She was the first baby born at
Saint Andrew’s Hospital. She is survived by her cousins Patty Snow, Terry Mitchell, Becky
Wilcox, Brother Arthur Webb, Daughter Lisa Latunski (Dougherty) and son in law Rick
Dougherty.

See was preceded in death by her mother Myra (Maurice) Alexander and her father Jack Webb,
and son David Latunski.

Debby was amongst a 14 month fight with cancer, which started out a small cell lung and
consumed her entire body including her brain. Debby was one of the most honest and
independent people you will ever meet. She never wanted a handout from anyone, no matter
how little she had. She always knew that she worked for it and she was proud of the fact that
nobody ever gave her anything. . She survived two awful marriages in which the only good
things emerging were her beautiful children Lisa and David.

Most of her adult life she worked as an office manager and attended Ohio State University. Her
last job was at Wal Mart where she definitely made her mark on a small town. She always loved
to have a good time and was always down for a beer and never let go of smoking. Although
naive, Debby was always willing to give so much of herself to other people and always put
herself last. Although burned a million times she always tried to help others not matter what.
Her pride and joy was her baby Patches. A white sable dachshund that made her life complete
(who she is also joined with in heaven now). For over 40 years she avidly watched Days of Our
Lives. She was a huge fan of Cher, Neil Diamond and Gone With The Wind. She loves
Christmastime, decorating cookies and cooking for everyone. Her dream was to see her
daughter get married on October 16th, 2021 and she was able to see that.
Debby loved being a homebody, decorating the house and making whatever she could
beautiful. She had an infectious smile as seen in all the pictures of her video tribute. You would
never know that someone that had so much pain actually wasn’t all that happy because she
always smiled.

She also had very special friends including Leon and Wanda Rash, Steve and Charlene Lewis,
her side piece Scott Evers, her Wal Mart Family and favorite boss Jason Ashley. She will miss
her acting daughters Jill Parker, Cristy Lane and acting son Marcus Sacks. Cristy always being
her favorite, cecause Lisa was “the boss”. (piece from Lou) Words seem to fail me when I talk
about my mother’s life because I’ve seen her struggle through so much and continue to fight
through everything although cancer got the best of her she gave it one hell of a fight and this is
one thing that she could not overcome. I wish I had half the strength that she had and I know
from here on out she has taught me to be so much more humble and realize no matter what
there is light at the end of the tunnel.
