David Franklin Plemons Jr.

David Franklin Plemons Jr. 60, of Sweetwater, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, August 3, 2022. David was born on October 2, 1961 in Sweetwater to David Plemons Sr. and the late Shirley Ann Plemons. After graduating from Sweetwater High School in the class of 1979 David enjoyed working along side his father at Charisma Chairs for over 15 years.

David enjoyed, watching wrestling, NASCAR, and spending time with his wonderful circle of close friends whom he deeply loved and cared for. He could always be counted on for a good laugh and spot to hang out or even a small loan.

Along with his mother David was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Opal and Boots Crabtree; and his paternal grandparents, Stella and Hoyt Plemons.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving and supportive father and step mother, David and Peggy Plemons; children, Brandi Plemons, and Connor Plemons; his sisters, Tammy Plemons (Love you More), Rhonda Plemons, and Misty Plemons (pain in his rear); nephew Jason (Christian) Plemons; great niece, Abigail Plemons; brothers in law, Rocky Plemons, and Joe Grochowski; aunt, Linda Thearp; his uncles, Troy Thearp, and Freddy Crabtree; his cat, Bob; and two pitbulls, Hank and Chevy; along with a host of extended family and friends.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Friday August 12, 2022 at 11:00 am at Christianburg Baptist Church in Sweetwater, Tennessee with Pastor Fred Crabtree officiating. A graveside Service is to follow at Christianburg Baptist Church Cemetery.
