David Elrod

David Elrod, 65, of Old Fort, TN passed away on February 22, 2020. He was born on August 24, 1954 to the late Orion and Margaret Woody Elrod. David was a lifelong resident of this area and born and raised in Cleveland, TN. He was a construction worker by trade. He was of the Baptist Faith and he loved to fish and play music. David was a very talented musician who could play anything he picked up!
He is preceded in death by his mother and father.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his son Adam Elrod; siblings: Diane Earwood (Eddie), Dorothy Banks (Robert), Theodore “Ted” Elrod (Donna); one granddaughter Abigail and nine nieces and two nephews.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday February 25, 2020 from 5:00pm until 8:00pm at Companion Funeral Home located at 2419 Georgetown RD NW, Cleveland, TN.
