Darrell Craig Sampson

Darrell Craig Sampson, 57, of Cleveland, TN, went home to be with the Lord, surrounded by his loving family, on Monday, January 2, 2017. He was an evangelist and pastor, a member of Washington Ave. Baptist Church, and served in the United States Army between the years of 1979-1980.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Darrell Treman and Elizabeth Lucille Sampson, grandparents William and Dovie Sampson, and Raymond and Bessie Black, uncle Dewey Black, and brother-in-law, Preston McFalls.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 36 years, Donna L. Sampson, his children, Daniel and Hallie Sampson, and Christopher and Yenina Sampson, his grandchildren, Kaelyn, Candice, Emilee, and Haven; his sisters, Darlinda McFalls, and Beverly and Daryl Nedbalek, and other extended family members.
Visitation will be held between 5-7pm, and Remembrance of Life service will be held Thursday, January 5, 2017 at 7pm at Washington Ave. Baptist Church of Cleveland, TN, with ministers Ricky Vaughn and Jason Butte officiating.
