Darlene "Tiny" Ramsey

Darlene “Tiny” Ramsey, 68, of Ooltewah, TN passed away on September 26, 2021. She was born on July 23, 1953 to the late Hardy and Anna Mae Davis. Darlene was a lifelong resident of this area. She loved playing the guitar but her pride and joy was her family, especially her grandchildren.

In addition to her mother and father she is preceded in death by her husband James Ramsey and eight siblings: Mildred Bowman, Hardy Davis Jr., Diane Farris, Evelyn Bowman, Linda Buckner, Phyllis Johnson, Jewell Brackett, and Harold Davis.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving children: Angela Ferguson, Debra Garrett, and Mark Ramsey; grandchildren: Carrey Garrett, James Ferguson, Dalton Ramsey, Randy Ferguson, Luke Ramsey, and Jasper Ramsey.

A celebration of Darlene’s life will be held at 2pm on Saturday October 2, 2021 in the Cleveland Chapel of Companion Funeral Home. Her family will receive friends from 11am until the 2pm service and also on Friday October 1st from 12pm to 7pm. She will be laid to rest following her service at New McDonald Cemetery.
