Danny Ray "Boone" Ownby

Danny Ray “Boone” Ownby, 61, a resident of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday May 13, 2018 at his home. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, and brother. Boone had a great passion for fishing, eating, as well as going to flee markets. He was greatly loved and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife of 44 years, Phyllis Ownby; sons, Phillip (Audria) Ownby, Chris (Wendy) Ownby, Greg (Jill) Ownby; grandchildren, Danny Ownby, Danyelle (Justin) Crump, Dakota Ownby, Jesse Ownby, Christopher Ownby, Nikki (Tyler) Black, Tina (David) Bellamy, and Jack Ryals; great grandchildren, Faith Crump and Annavel Bellamy; siblings, David Ownby, Colleen Bryant, Mary Watson, Deloris Murphy, and Bobbie Jo Walker.

The family will receive friends Thursday, May 17, 2018 from 4-8pm at Companion Funeral Home: Cleveland Chapel. There will be a celebration of life service held on Friday, May 18, 2018 at 2pm with the interment at Lee cemetery following the service. Rev. Kenneth Walker.
