Crissy Ownby Hubbs

April 18, 1972 — February 22, 2018

Christina Dawn Ownby Hubbs 45 of Rossville, Georgia passed away February 22, 2018. She graduated from Ooltewah High School in 1990. Crissy was a member of Woodland Park Baptist Church. She worked at Volunteer Behavioral Health Care in human resources for several years and her co-workers became a part of our family.
She was preceded in death by her father Dennis Ownby, sister Lisa Ownby and grandparents. Crissy is survived by her husband Marty Hubbs of 26 years, son Jacob Hubbs, daughter Katie (Nick) Mcconathy, three grandchildren Laney, Coleman and Austin Mcconathy. Mother Linda Ownby, mother and father in-law Randy and Diane Hubbs, brother Butch (Meredith) Ownby, Niece Jadah and nephews Caleb and Landon. She had many special cousins, uncles and aunts.
The family would like to thank Dr. Mark Womack and staff at Tennessee Oncology. Many of the wonderful nurses at CHI memorial oncology wing for taking such great care of Crissy during her many stays at the hospital.
Pastor Bruce Daughtery will be officiating the memorial service at Woodland Park Baptist Church on Saturday March 3, 2018, located at 6735 Standifer Gap Road Chattanooga, Tennessee, 37421. Phone 423-899-9186.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with service following at 1 p.m. flowers may be sent to 903 S. Seminole Dr. Chattanooga, Tennessee, 37412 to be taken to church for the service.
