Chris Anthony Stafford

Chris Anthony Stafford, 50, of Cleveland, TN passed away on June 5, 2020. He was born on June 19, 1969 to Anthony and Joyce Stafford. Chris was a lifelong resident of this area. He enjoyed camping, 4-wheeling, “working on junk,” and spending time with his family and friends. He was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
He is preceded in death by his father, Anthony Stafford; maternal grandparents Ruby and Clifford Long and paternal grandparents Lela Wilcoxin and Leonard Stafford.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his mother Joyce Stafford; wife Teresa Key Stafford; daughters Ashley Stafford (Troy Shutters) and Amanda Stafford (Gavin Woodall); sister Kim Miller (Kris); grandchildren: Araya Shutters, Brayden Shutters, Caleb Shutters, Kaylee Underwood, Zachary Underwood, Hayden Underwood, Bryson Shaffer, Anthony Shaffer, and Harleigh Stafford; nephew Brandon Spence (Karen) and great nieces Oliviah and Savanna; sister in law Kristi Millsaps and her children Kayla Calhoun (Jesse) and Alyssa Henry.
The family will receive friends from 11:00am until 2:00pm on Wednesday June 10, 2020 at Companion Funeral Home located at 2419 Georgetown Road NW, Cleveland, TN 37311. A celebration of life service will follow the visitation at 2:00pm and Chris will be laid to rest at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
