Charlyanne Cantrell

Charlyanne Holland Cantrell, a resident of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away Thursday, September 14, 2017. Charlyanne was 89 years old. She was loved very much by her family and by friends that knew her. She was born on September 7, 1928 in San Antonio, Texas. Charlyanne was the daughter of Frank and Grace Holland. She has made Cleveland her home since 1963. Charlyanne was a member of the Cohutta Seventh Day Adventist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd William Cantrell; her parents, Frank and Grace Holland; her brother, William (Bill) Holland; her daughter, Patricia Katherine Hilliard; and her granddaughter, Stephanie Kay Hilliard.
Charlyanne leaves behind to cherish her memory her sister, Gail Swann; and brother, Lee Holland and wife, Becky; along with her five children; daughter, Sherre Cantrell; son, Gary Cantrell and wife, Becky; son, Scott Cantrell and wife, Becky; daughter, Tammy Rogers and husband, Mike; and son, Michael Cantrell and wife, Ellie. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren; Soni Allen, Blake Cantrell, Garrett Cantrell, Olivia Cantrell, Sheena Cantrell, Sasha Cantrell, and Nichole Carroll; four step grandchildren; Michael Rogers, Dennis Rogers, Casey Rogers, and Shelby Satterfield; and seven great grandchildren. Visitation will be at Companion Funeral Home from 4 pm to 8 pm on Sunday, September 17, 2017. A private burial service will be held at Benton Memorial Gardens in Benton, Tennessee on Monday, September 18, 2017 at 1 pm. If preferred in lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Tennessee Chapter, 404 BNA Drive, Nashville, TN 37217 in the honor of her son, Scott Cantrell.
