Charlotte B. Frazier, 75, a resident of Old Fort, TN passed away on July 28th, 2014 at her home.

Charlotte was preceded in death by her father Arthur Burgess, brother Wayne Burgess, sister Christine Elliott, two daughter Debbie Patterson and Angie Head, granddaughter Paula Leamon and two great grandchildren Andrew Earwood and Katelyn Morris.

She enjoyed playing softball, fishing and loved attending church at Liberty Gospel Tabernacle.

Survivors include her mother Debbie Burgess, her husband of forty three years Lawrence Frazier of Old Fort, daughters include Brenda Earwood and husband Jimmy of Old Fort, Lori Earwood and husband Tim of Cleveland and Kim Patterson and husband Terry of Georgetown, grandchildren Tony Earwood and wife Angel, Jason Earwood and wife Dawn, Sam Earwood, Allen Earwood and wife Kelli, Lindsey Morris, Chris Head, Ray Leamon, Tiffany Head Swafford, great grandchildren, Tyler Earwood, Lil Jay Earwood, Haley Earwood, Jacob Earwood, Andrew Earwood, Noah Earwood, Gavin Earwood and Cloee Morris. She is also survived by sisters Jewel Allen and husband Kenneth of Kentucky, Margie Revis and husband Finley, Faye Gorley and husband Ted, Bobbie Shamblin and husband Richard all of Cleveland, brothers Kenneth Burgess and wife Margaret of Utah and Paul Burgess and wife Dorothy of Cleveland, and several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of her life is planned for Thursday July 31st, 2014 at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Companion Funeral Home located at 2419 Georgetown Road in Cleveland, TN with the Reverend Hershel Earwood officiating. Interment will follow in the Liberty Gospel Tabernacle Cemetery with Tony Earwood, Jason Earwood, Chris Head, Robbie Davis, Brian Keith and Eric Edwards serving as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday night, July 30th, 2014 in the chapel of Companion Funeral Home from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
