Charline Nalley

Charline Nalley, 64, of Chattanooga passed away June 26, 2019. She was a lifelong resident of Chattanooga and enjoyed taking care of animals. She also loved cooking, shopping, arts and crafts and decorating. She attended Grace Avenue Bapstist Church.
Charline was preceded in death by her parents, Harlis and Mandy Colbaugh; first husband and the father of her children, Edger Goins; her second husband, Bobby Nalley; her brothers, Harlis Ralph Colbaugh Jr., George and Chalres Evitt.
Survivors include her companion, Ronnie Mark Brown; daughter, Tammy McCoin (Phillip); son, Eddie Lee Goins (Treva); a twin sister, Kathleen Ridings (Joseph); sisters, Betty Sue Ray (Jody) and Norma Jean Goins (James); a brother, Tommy Evitt (Cricket); 4 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 9am to 2pm Saturday, June 29, 2019 at the Old Rugged Baptist Church, 8900 Bill Reed Road, Olltewah, TN. A celebration of her life will follow at 2pm with Rev. Ricky Keasley officiating.
