Obituary


Charles Ray Allen, 69, a resident of Cleveland passed away on Sunday October 18, 2015 from complications of Acute Myelogenous Leukemia. Son of the late Herman Allen and Jewel Nichols, he was also preceded in death by his brother David Allen, Sr. He was a lifelong resident of Bradley County in the Black Fox Community and retired from the Bradley County School System and Cleveland State Community College.
He was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. Survivors include wife Debbie Allen, daughters Shannon Hesborn and her husband Jamie, Sarah Petty and her husband Brian, stepchildren Misty Crowder and her husband Brian, Amanda Davis, Dusty Davis and his wife Holley, grandchildren Kyra Petty, Jackson Crowder, Noah Davis, Brylie Davis, and Eli Heathcox.
A short celebration of life service will be held on Saturday October 24, 2015 at 1:00pm at Bethel Baptist Church Fellowship Hall with fellowship after.
