Charles Franklin Flowers

Charles Franklin Flowers, born March 26, 1961, passed away suddenly Monday September 24,2018
Charles was a well known construction worker all of his life. Working for Dennis Murray for many years. He loved his family and was always willing to help out whenever needed. Recently he helped his mom with the fruit stand at fort hill at Mount Olive Cemetery on Harrison Pike.
Charles is preceded in death by his wife Connie Flowers, father Franklin Flowers, grandparents Henry & Grace Flowers and Thurston & Lillie Berry.
Survivors include his mother, Mildred Flowers and her companion Ronnie Stone. Brothers, Jimmy “Wayne” (Melinda) Flowers, Danny (Angel) Flowers, Jackie Flowers (Teresa), Billy (Janice) Flowers and step son, Steven Swaggerty. He also has several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins left behind to cherish his memory.
The family will receive friends in the parlor of Companion Funeral Home Thursday, September 27, 2018 from 5:00-8:00 pm. There will be another visitation period from 11:00-1:00 before the Celebration of Charles’ life service held Friday, September 28, 2018 at Companion Funeral Home located at 2415 Georgetown Road NW, Cleveland TN 37311 at 1:00. Rev. Sieglinda Sherrill will be presiding over the service. Burial will immediately follow the service at Earl’s Cemetery in the Prospect Community. Christopher Flowers, Scumdog, Brandon Flowers, Michael Staton and Steven Swaggerty will be serving as Pall Bearers.
