Obituary

Charles Edward Wade Jr., 71, a longtime resident of Cleveland, TN passed away on Monday, January 12th, 2015 in a Lafayette, GA health care facility. Charles was born in Cleveland, TN on March 29th, 1943 a son of the late Charles E Wade Sr. & Edna Cleo Elder Moyer. He was of the Baptist faith. Charles enjoyed sports, motorcycle riding, music and fishing.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son Donnie Wade and one daughter Kim Farmer.

Charles leaves behind to cherish his memory two sons Scott Wade and Charles E. Wade III “Chuck”; five grandchildren Sabra, Markus, Summer, Tyler & Collin, four great grandchildren, nine siblings Mary Queen, Martha Hewitt, Sue Hickman (Thomas), Ronnie Ellis, Ricky Ellis, Connie Hayes (Billy), Vickie Smith (Gary ), Michael Ellis and Sharon Parker (Mike), numerous other extended family members and a host of special friends.

A memorial celebration of his life is planned for Friday night, January 16th, 2015 at 7:00 PM in the chapel of Companion Funeral Home located at 2419 Georgetown Road NW in Cleveland, TN with the Reverend Gary Sears officiating.

The family will receive friends in the chapel on Friday evening from 5:00 PM until the 7:00 PM service time.
