Carrie Dean Vaughn

Carrie Dean Vaughn, 79, a lifelong resident of Cleveland, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday February 28, 2019. She began playing the organ at age 13 at Mount Olive Church of God then later at Eagles Chapel. At the time of her death she attended Christian Outreach.
She was preceded in death by her parents Joe and Martha jones; brother Bobby Jones; sister Mary Frances Hughes; brother in law Jr. Hughes and her husband of 25 years, Jack Vaughn.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughter Bridget Green (Terry) of Cleveland; brother Johnnie Jones (Linda) of Detroit, MI; special sister in law Robbie Jones and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Monday March 4, 2019 from 11:00am to 2:00pm at Companion Funeral Home located at 2419 Georgetown RD NW, Cleveland, TN 37311. A celebration of life will be held at 2:00pm at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Mt. Olive Cemetery.
