Carol Withrow

On Tuesday, October 5, 2021 Carol left this earth to be in the presence of her Lord and Savior.
Born 12/12/1951 in Dalton, GA, she was preceded in death by her parents Bobby and Imogene Petet Merritt of Ringgold GA and parents in love Paul and Joyce Massey Withrow of Cleveland TN.

Carol was an entrepreneur who ran a successful computer support business for many years. Since her retirement, she enjoyed traveling with her husband Ken in their RV and seeing the US. Ken and Carol had a special kind of lifelong love, totally committed to each other. Often seen reading together and holding hands. They enjoyed doing everything together.

Carol lived out her faith in God by being his hands and feet on earth, by loving others. She loved meeting people. She welcomed everyone with a smile and a hug. Her Jesus given Joy would simply light up a room.

She is survived by husband of 51 years Kenneth Withrow
Son, Brandon Paul Withrow; Granddaughter, Bridgette Macey Withrow; Bonus Granddaughter, Kylie Noelle Wagner; Special family, Jennifer and Bennett Teague; Brother, Bobby Michael (Sheilla) Merritt; Sister, Rhonda Merritt (Rick) Garrison; Sisters in love, Elaine Withrow (Steve) Goodwin Doris Ann Withrow (Danny) Near; Nieces: MaRanda Merritt (Shannon) Crawford; Tiffany Garrison (Blake) Bowlin; Alexis Garrison; Jessica Norris, Summer Near (Kevin) Stephens; Nephews: Gavin Garrison; Erik (Jennifer) Near; Grand Nieces: Angel Crawford (Eli) Dykes, Maddi Norris, Linda Danielle Near, Keely Stephens; Great Grand Nieces: Roslynn and Raeland Dykes; Grand Nephew: Braxton Bowlin.

Visitation will be held at Westwood Baptist Church on Sunday, October 24, 2021 from 3:00 - 6:00 PM with a memorial service following at 6:00 PM.
