Carline Brown Gibson

Carline Brown Gibson, 78, a resident of Cleveland, TN passed away Sunday, January 13, 2019 at a local hospital. She was a member of Faith Memorial Church. Carline loved yard sales, fishing, dancing, music, and woodworking, but most importantly she loved spending time with her family. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
She is preceded in death by her parents, James A. Brown and Ava Lee Westmoreland Brown; daughter, Brenda Gail Ingram; grandson, Anthony Paul Moore Jr; sisters, Betty Harris and Faye Brown.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her loving husband of 48 years, Donald R. Gibson Sr.; children, Marilyn Brown, Debbie Saylor, Ed Swafford Jr. Rhonda (Jimmy) Stout, Patty (Randy) Ledford, Rachel (Jessie) Cranfield, and Donald R. (Joelisa) Gibson, Jr; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, January 16, 2019 from 2:00pm – 4:00pm at Companion Funeral Home: Cleveland Chapel located at 2415 Georgetown RD NW, Cleveland, TN 37311. The celebration of life service will be held at 4:00pm following the visitation in the chapel.
