Billy Wayne Goins, 47, of East Ridge, Tennessee passed away April 2, 2023 at Park Ridge Hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He was born on April 9, 1975 in Chattanooga, Tennessee to James and Brenda (Plaster) Goins. Billy enjoyed cooking and being with his nieces and nephews. He was of the faith of the Church of God. Billy was loved by many friends. He will be missed by those friends and his family.

He was preceded in death by his father James Harrison Goins Jr.

Billy is serviced by his loving mother Brenda Goins, and his siblings Jimmy Lee Goins and Tonya Goins.
