Billy Ray Miller Jr.

Billy Ray Miller, Jr, age 45, of Cohutta, Georgia, passed away on January 2, 2021 at his residence surrounded by family, after a long battle with cancer. Billy loved his family and had a tremendous amount of faith in God. He was always smiling and joking even while in pain. He never met a stranger and was loved by so many.

He was preceded in death by grandparents Leroy and Edna Parker, and Neil Hill, and nephew Ephraim Burgreen.

Billy is survived by his wife, Ronda Cannon Miller of Cohutta, children Jessica and CJ Hicks of Rocky Face, Wesley Coker of Cohutta, Kelly Ogle, Natelea Green, and Isaac Green of Dalton; grandchildren Jacob, Alyxia, and Jazlynn Hicks of Rocky Face, and Jaxon Hackney of Dalton; parents Bill and Joy Miller of Harrison, Tennessee; grandparents Betty Hill of Charlotte, North Carolina, and David and Louise Miller of Charlotte, North Carolina; and sister and brother-in-law April and James Burgreen of Molena, Georgia. Twelve nieces and nephews also survive.

A Memorial service will be held Saturday, January 9, 2021, at 2 p.m. in the Family Life Center of Varnell United Methodist Church. Please wear masks and follow COVID Guidelines.
