Betty Joe Hamilton

Betty Joe Hamilton, 79, of Cleveland, TN passed away on March 11, 2018. She was born on November 21, 1938 to the late Bedford and Mildred Wilson. Betty was a lifelong resident of Bradley County and a seamstress at Hardwick Clothes for many years. She enjoyed spending time in the kitchen cooking and canning, and she also enjoyed reading and spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her brother Howard Wilson.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughters Deborah Hamilton and Karen Cross; sons Paul Hamilton and Bobby Hamilton; grandchildren: Marissa Hamilton, Ben Cross, and Jayden Cross; sister Diane Farris; nieces and nephews: Maggie Wilson, Billy Farris, and Travis Farris.
The family will receive friends on Thursday March 15, 2018 from 11:00am until 12:00pm at Victory Faith Church located at 1253 King Edward Av SE Cleveland, TN. A funeral service will follow the visitation at the church at 12:00pm with Rev. Gary Farris officiating. Interment will follow at Fort Hill Cemetery.
