Betty Dunn

Betty Dunn, 87, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, June 22, 2020. She was a resident of Oldfort for 64 years. She loved traveling, reading and tending to her flowers. She was very active in her church. She was a loving mother and grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her husband, V. Davis Dunn; six siblings; and one grandson, Rusty Swafford.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving daughter, Deborah (Morris) Swafford; and two grandsons, Joey and Keith Swafford.

The family will receive friends from 4:00PM until 6:00PM on Thursday, June 25, 2020 at Sumach Cumberland Presbyterian Church located at 2089 Sumach Church Road in Chatsworth, Georgia. A Celebration of Betty’s life will take place at 6:00PM with Reverend Tom Clark officiating. Betty will be laid to rest in the church cemetery following her service.
