Berta Leree' Key

Berta L. Key, age 71, of Jacksboro, TN, formerly of Sweetwater, TN passed away August 31, 2017. Berta was a Christian since a young age. She was retired from Linda’s Hallmark where she was a loyal and faithful employee for over 20 years. She was a very talented artist and enjoyed baking and decorating cakes, traveling, reading and spending time with her family and dogs.
Berta was preceded in death by her parents, William D. Huff, Jr. and Dorothy Huff, and grandparents William D. Huff, Sr. and Rae Fields Huff, and Robert Brown and Lena Brown.
She is survived by her children: Jeff Ledford of Lake Wylie, SC; Beverly Gaye Wilson (Howard) of Jacksboro, TN; Jason Key (Carol) of Lexington, KY; and Alex Key (Cortney) of Sweetwater, TN; brothers, Dale Huff (Leanette) of Prattville, AL and Chris Huff (Laura) of Orlando, FL; sister, Kellie Huff of Savannah, GA; grandchildren: Andrew Ledford, Matthew Ledford, Joshua Ledford, Travis Wilson, Gary Wayne Wilson, Beverly Wilson Huddleston, Laura Key, Nathan Key, Jordan Key and Landon Key; six great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and her special dog, Sadie Rose.
The children of Berta Key will host a celebration of life on October 21, 2017 at 5:00 P.M. at the Lodge at Idle Stone Farm in Jacksboro, TN and encourage all family and friends to attend and share special memories and celebrate the life of Berta Key.
