Barbara Dale Moses

Barbara Dale Moses, 82, of Decatur, Tennessee went home to be with the Lord on Friday, January 27, 2023. Barbara was born on October 25, 1940 in Athens, Tennessee to the late Guy and Catherine Neisler. Barbara was of the Baptist Faith.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Moses; son, Robert Moses; her granddaughter Carrie Moats; and her siblings, Patrisha Morgon, and Guy Neisler.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughter, Judy Moats; son, Jerry Moses; granddaughter Cathrine (Ben McCroskey) Moats; her great grandchildren, Tyler Moats, Kylee Moats, and Noah Moats; sister, Janet (Ronny) Ratledge; along with a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
