Barbara Ann Davis

Barbara Ann Davis, 79 a lifelong residence of Cleveland passed away peacefully in her home on Friday, April 21, 2023. She was the daughter of the late Howard Miller and Pauline McDonald Miller. Barbara was a faithful Christian and a member of East Side Church of Christ for over 60 years where she was a Sunday School Assistant for many years.

Barbara was a graduate of Bradley High School and worked as a Cosmetologist, a substitute teacher, the bookkeeper for the family Poultry farm and watched her grandchildren prior to them starting pre-school. Barbara was a wonderful homemaker where she took care of her husband of 58 years. Her hobbies included cooking, baking, sewing, reading and cross-stitching in which she taught her daughter in laws and granddaughters to do the same.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Larry Wayne Davis, son, Timothy Wayne Davis and great-granddaughter Gracelynn Nikkol Davis.

She is survived by her sons, Stephen Davis (Debbie), and Wesley Davis (Michelle), three grandchildren; Callie Davis, Bradley Davis (Whitney), and Kristin Davis; three great-grandchildren, Scarlett Davis, Lennon Davis and Clay Wolfe. Sister Sheila Powers (Neil) and Brother, Larry Miller (Brenda) and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday morning, April 25, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. A service will conclude the visitation time at 12:00 p.m. with Minister’s Bill Maynard and Kyle Gilpin officiating. The interment will take place following the service at Antioch Church of Christ with Pall bearers, Bradley Davis, Joshua Reno, Shannon Price, Ian Ward, Brandon Maynard and Casey Maynard.
