Anita Jo Norton

March 30, 1955 — August 2, 2018

Anita Jo Norton, 63, a lifelong resident of the area, passed away Thursday, August 2, 2018 with her loving husband David by her side. Anita loved the Lord, spending time with her family (especially her grand babies), and taking care of her flowers. She enjoyed volunteering at the church, especially in the nursery taking care of little ones. She was deeply loved and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
She is preceded in death only by her grandparents.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her husband of almost 43 years, David Norton; children Staci (Camus) Crisp and Tyler (Amanda) Norton; grandchildren, Caden Crisp, Kenzie Norton, Levi Norton and Zeke Crisp; parents, Charles Frederick “Buster” Maddox and Mary Ruth Carver; brothers, Charles Victor Maddox, and Randall Earl Maddox; along with many more nieces, nephews, and extended family.
The family will receive friends Monday, August 6, 2018 from 5:00PM-7:00PM at Brittsville Baptist Church with the celebration of life service beginning at 7:00PM. There will be a graveside service held Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at 11:00AM at Calhoun Cemetery.
