Adam Ray Gennoe

Adam Ray Gennoe, 52, of Decatur, Tennessee gained his heavenly wings to be with the Lord surrounded by his family on Thursday, December 22, 2022. Adam was employed by Whirlpool for 23 years. He had many hobbies and interests his favorite were playing cards with his family and working on his mustangs.

Adam was preceded in death by his father, R.E. Gennoe; his maternal grandparents, Boyd and Lena Sneed; and his paternal grandparents, W.A. and Edna Gennoe.

He leaves behind to cherish his loving wife of 30 years, Mary Gennoe; mother, Sue Gennoe; his brother, Randy (Shannon) Gennoe; niece, Ashley Cook; great nephew, Hayden Packett; his cat, Buddy; along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, and many friends.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2022, at Five Point Baptist Church in Decatur, Tennessee at 2:00pm with pastor Jimmy Dunn, and Pastor Curtis Walden officiating. The family will be receiving friends from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm prior to the service. A Graveside service is to follow at Meigs Memorial Gardens with Travis Sneed, Gabe Sneed, Danny Watson, Jeff Walden, Hayden Packett, and Stacy Gennoe serving as pallbearers.
