He has been a loving, devoted husband and father to three young people that he enjoyed more than anything in his life. He cared most about his love of God, his family, his friends, his work and the Tennessee Vols.

In business he loved the “thrill of the deal”. He stated he loved to go to work every day. He was a natural born story teller and also listened to friends and family and was always willing to help solve a problem. One friend quoted that “Mike had the biggest heart in town and a wicked sense of humor.”

He felt blessed to have three special friends that he considered his brothers, Budgie Whitener, Eric Evans and George McCoin.

A celebration of his life is planned for Monday evening, October 17th, 2016 at 7:00 PM in the sanctuary of Wesley Memorial United Church located at 3405 Peerless Road NW in Cleveland, TN with Carolyn Braddy and Pastor Ramon Torres officiating.
