Phyllis Ann Hiefnar

Phyllis Ann Hiefnar, 73, of Cleveland, TN passed away on August 9, 2017. She was born on December 15, 1943 to the late Ralph and Edith Watkins. Phyllis was a lifelong resident of this area and of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed flowers, cooking, but most of all spending time with her family.
In addition to her mother and father, Phyllis is preceded in death by her brother Quinton Everett Watkins.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory three daughters: Vanessa Farris (Scott) and their children Katie and Caleb Farris; Vickie Bishop (Ashel) and their children Lea and Max Pryor, Michael Bishop, and granddaughter Lexi; Veronica Taylor (Tim) and their son Jonathan Keith and grandchildren Ciarra and Zeke of LaFayette, GA; son Matthew Hiefnar of New Orleans, LA; sisters Linda Jones (J.L) and Dean King. In addition to these, she leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends.
The family will receive friends from 5:00pm until 9:00pm on Friday August 11, 2017 at Companion Funeral Home located at 2419 Georgetown RD NW, Cleveland, TN 37311. Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday August 12, 2017 at Companion. Interment will follow the service at Ooltewah Cemetery.
