Charles "Odell" Ballew

Charles "Odell" Ballew, 73, a lifelong resident of Cleveland, TN passed away on Saturday, January 14th, 2017 at his home. He was born on October 26th, 1943. Odell was a member of Sample Memorial Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his father and mother Robert & Jessie Ballew of Bradley County. He is survived by his wife Gay Ballew and daughters Rochell Ballew and Raedell Seiber, two sons in laws Cooper Eddie Riggs and Jonathan Seiber, grandson Dakota Riggs, son and daughter in law Eric & Laura Ricks, sister Roberta Mason, nephew and his wife Randall & Lynn Mason and great nephews and their wives Brence & Jessica Mason and Cody & Ashley Mason and their three children. A memorial service is planned for Saturday, January 21st, 2017 at 1:00 PM at the Samples Memorial Baptist Church.
